I. Deposits
All new appointments for coaching or business consulting require a $35.00 deposit. All deposits can be deducted from total amount due for hair coaching and business consulting. A deposit is required for coaching and consulting services.
II. No Show, No Call
A client that does not call or email to cancel or does not show for a phone, in person, or Skype meeting will pay the price of the entire appointment prior to the next scheduled coaching or consulting.
III: Coaching

My goal is to meet my client’s needs and desires. I will ask the client about satisfaction.
IV. Appointment Confirmation
If a client does not confirm twenty-four hours prior to the appointment; the appointment will be canceled. I reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the appointment is not confirmed.
V. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be processed. However, credits will be applied to your account for a service.
